Driscoll

Mark Driscoll, who has dual qualifications as a lawyer and town planner, has a distinguished career, previously serving as General Counsel for the residential division of a leading national property and development company. His experience in various roles in international and national law firms has honed his expertise in representing both large and small developers, property owners, and contractors. Mark specialises in all aspects of property, construction, planning, and environmental law-related matters, providing strategic legal solutions.

Leila
Bunguric

Since the time Leila has worked as a solicitor, she has developed a strong interest in disputes and litigation. Leila has acted in a range of matters representing some of Australia’s largest builders and developers, predominantly in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Leila also has a substantive teaching experience, who has lectured part time at the University of Sydney in the subject of Real Property. Leila brings empathy and passion to her clients and derives great satisfaction in working with them to achieve practical outcomes.

Leila has been practising in building, construction, and property law since graduating from the University of Sydney with a double degree in Arts/Law.

Simone predominantly takes on administrative tasks, as well as assisting Lawyers with preparing for cases and reviewing contracts

Perry

Simone is an undergraduate student currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Journalism at the University of Technology Sydney. Alongside her studies at University, she works as a Legal Receptionist and Paralegal on a part time basis. Simone predominantly takes on administrative tasks, as well as assisting Lawyers with preparing for cases and reviewing contracts. Simone is passionate about her Law studies and since working at BCP Lawyers & Consultants she has grown even more fond of the Law, and will become a great lawyer one day.

Janni Evangelidis

Janni is an undergraduate student currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney. Alongside his studies, he works as a Paralegal on a part-time basis. His role involves the reviewing of building contracts within the process of construction negotiations alongside assisting our solicitors with preparing documents and drafting correspondence for litigation. Working at BCP Lawyers & Consultants has allowed Janni to apply the knowledge from both his Law and Commerce studies, fostering a greater appreciation for the law and affording an opportunity to extend his knowledge beyond his studies.

Janni is an undergraduate student currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Finance) at the University of Sydney
